Movement/Dance for Musical Theater
To act, to sing, to dance...all start with movement. Announce your presence with authority as you step onto the stage. Make every step count. Be the whole package as a performer - a triple threat arriving with the confident grace of a professional. It all starts here.

This is a movement class for all performers desiring to learn new moves and to brush up the old ones. Comfortable clothes and appropriate footwear are a must. This class will focus on Hip Hop, Jazz and Musical Theater from DeMille to Fosse.

About the instructor
Dustin Larsen has been dancing most of his life. He has won national dance competitions, starting at the young age of fourteen. Dustin has been seen on stage as an actor, singer and dancer. He received high praise for his role of The Cat in the Hat in Seussical the Musical, where he demonstrated his skill as a triple threat performer. This summer Mr. Larsen will be choreographing RTOP's Production of Fiddler on the Roof.

Theater Make-Up
This workshop is a must for all performers, male, female, young and old.
Learn the artistry of make-up from a Hollywood Professional. This class will explore make-up techniques for corrective, old age, glamour and special effects. You will learn to create professional make-up for a variety of characters and mediums, plus knowledge of make-up materials, tools and techniques. This class is a must for the actor.

About the instructor
Jim Sato is a professional Make-Up Artist and actor. He has worked in Hollywood and the entertainment industry for over 20 years, creating make-up for Film, Television Commercials, Magazines and Stage. Credited for working on such stage productions as, King and I, Brigadoon, Wizard of Oz, Beauty and the Beast. Jim studied under William Tuttle one of the most famous Hollywood Make-Up Artists and the first Make-Up Artist to win an Academy Award. Jim will bring a world of theatrical make-up history to the classroom, both in his artistic techniques and his history of Hollywood Make-Up development.
